Opposition leader Anthony Albanese says the Labor party “does the big reforms” when it comes to healthcare.
In his reply to the federal budget announced on Tuesday evening, Mr Albanese listed Medicare, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and universal superannuation as reforms which “are the markers of a decent society”.
