UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has arrived in Rwanda as important by-elections begin underway in the United Kingdom.
If he loses two parliamentary seats, he could be forced to resign – but he has dismissed the notion as “crazy”.
“I’m going to be watching the results with interest,” he said.
