‘Cancel the cancel culture’: Piers Morgan reveals premiere date of new Sky News Australia show

Broadcaster and journalist Piers Morgan has spoken with Sky News host Paul Murray about his upcoming show on Sky News Australia, ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored'.

"I think cancel culture's infested, unfortunately, large parts of the planet,” Mr Morgan told Mr Murray.

“And if at the end of all of this, I’ve managed to cancel cancel culture - or do it irrevocable damage, and brought society dragged back to a place that can genuinely call itself a democracy again, with people free to express themselves in the way that they want to without fear of being gunned down, then I would’ve done my job.”

Mr Morgan said one of the purposes of his show is to "take on the corporate weakness in front of cancel culture".

"Because they're getting bullied by an online mob that moves from one issue to the next," he said.

‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’ will premiere in Australia on Tuesday 26 April at 9pm AEST on Sky News Australia on Foxtel, Sky News Regional free-to-air, Sky News Radio on iHeartRadio and Sky News on Flash.

The program will air in Australia each Tuesday-Friday at 9.00pm AEST.
