Crown Resorts rebuilt from ‘ground up’

NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Chair Philip Crawford says there has been a “ground-up rebuild” of Crown Resorts.

Crown Resorts has been given conditional approval to open its gaming operations in Sydney.

Mr Crawford said the process to open the gaming business had taken longer than expected.

“It’s a conditional opening, and we still can find them unsuitable … they know we’re going to be keeping a close eye on them,” he said.

“They have to perform ... they've got to implement their plans and agreements we have."
