‘Political class’ seems frightened of being straight up on ‘basic biological differences’


Sky News Chris Kenny says Australia’s bureaucrats, our political class, seem “so frightened of actually being straight up” about the “basic biological difference” between a man and a woman. 

Mr Kenny points out how various publications from the Australian Institute for Disaster Resilience discuss issues concerning gender and sex. 

“Our emergency services are in a spin about needing ‘some clarity about gender’,” he said. 

“Perhaps let's protect people and rescue people first, and then let someone else write a thesis about their identity or their labels.”
